How in touch with the “now” are you, right now?
The attachments to the “future” and the “past” are time bandits because they rob us of our ability to be present and accounted for the now.
Enjoy the now, for the reality is that is all you have.
1. If your mind is consumed with concerns of the future or dwelling in the past where you have absolutely no power at this moment, work at being mindful of what you actually have control over and what you don’t.
2. Begin to experience the joy found of simply being alive in this second! The present moment is the only window of opportunity you’ll ever have to witness.
